Food quality is average but non maintaining hygeine of the rooms.Bad smell from the blanket even the bed sheet also not cleaning regularly. Did not like it here. Not good experience.So I will not recommend to any tourist further here.

Good bengali owner. No view from room. Monestry is at walkable distance. Tasty bengali food available. Good homestay at affordable price. Can get bus to siliguri in front of homestay at 7 am, 8 am, 8.30 am

The homestay has a great view of the mountains. It offers tasty food and all sorts of services one would require or expect in a trip. The behaviour of the staffs were extremely polite and one can trust them with their eyes closed. Next time I would come to Lava, I will definitely choose this homestay for my trip.
