Here are both the positive and negative experiences I encountered during my stay: The location is advantageous, being in close proximity to Mirik Lake. The room was good, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were amiable and courteous, providing us with delicious home-cooked meals. However, there were some inconveniences. We had an early morning train to catch and informed the hosts in advance, requesting breakfast 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Despite their agreement, the breakfast was delayed, causing us to be slightly behind schedule. Additionally, there was no assistance offered with our luggage during checkout. I was accompanied by elderly relatives who had to carry their heavy luggage down the stairs by themselves. Fortunately, the roads were relatively clear, allowing us to make it to the train station in time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pradhan homestay for three nights, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of the family. The host sangam brother and family were incredibly welcoming and kind, offering local tips and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. It had all the amenities I could ask for – a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a small but lovely private bathroom. The homestay itself had a very authentic and rustic charm, making it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Best rooms i ever feels in homestay. Best location safety parking for who brings vehicles. Food is just awesome and last but not the least budget friendly. #recommend visit one you won't be upset..

Excellent no words to explain. We received best hospitality here. Sangam bhaiya go extra mile during medical emergency. Food is excellent specially home made pickle and organic mixed veg. Entire Pradhan family is like our own family members during our stay.

Large numbers of visitors were there. The staff were unable to manage them appropriately. Incompletely furnished new room and washroom was allotted to us. We were delayed by two hours to check out due to mismanagement and parking problems. Although the authority tried to solve the issues with great hearts.I I wish their quick improvement in customer management.
