I tried for bulk booking for a corporate programme stay, later could not confirm the stay due to non payment of advance as per their genuine policy. But the worst part is that their General Manager called and spoke very rude and arrogantly for not confirming. Worst service and hospitality. No customer centric approach. Iam happy that i didnt book the stay. If you want your business to grow, please train your staffs on soft skills.

I recently stayed at LA Fairytale, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the food was decent. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed to have perfected the art of rudeness and arrogance. The geyser in the suite room decided to take a vacation itself, causing some inconvenience. While the property had potential, the management's lackluster approach dimmed the fairy lights of our stay.

This is a newly built property a few km off mirik down a steep twisting road that is better to go with SUV only. Pros- 1. Comfortable new mattresses and pillows 2. New and clean bathroom fittings 3. The suite room was spacious , clean carpet and nice living room with a smart TV. Good view from balcony. 4. The wifi was good 5. The staff were polite and helpful 6. The food was alright. Things to keep in mind- 1. Getting back to mirik is an uphill task literally and not possible on foot by any means. 2. There are no shops or restaurants in the vicity, it is pretty secluded , better to carry all essentials including medicines. No facilities for drivers nearby. 3. Airtel mobile receives no signal, jio maybe better. Download offline maps before arrival and not drive in darkness as there are no street lights in the area. 4. There are several steps to climb to go to the rooms and not suited for those with impaired mobility. 5. The rates quoted are pretty high and ok for an overnight halt if find discounts on booking platforms.

We had a lovely staycation with my family. Behaviour of Deepanjan and pratap was awesome and also our driver vijay bhai all were very nice, polite and friendly

Every Thing is Good. The Manager, Pritam, he is excellent and polite man. I am happy for there services.
