Pubali Homestay

The ambience was good. My personal favourite - a temple of Thakur, Maa and Swamiji was just adjacent to the property. The neighborhood was good, it's a calm and quiet place, with lots of trees and plants around. The interior of the property was also nice, neat and clean. The owners don't stay there, but they were always inquiring about my wellbeing over call twice a day making sure I am doing good, till I reached home safely. The toto-owner Ranjit da was super helpful and very trustworthy. Roaming in and around Shantiniketan in a toto was a soothing experience, far away from the maddening crowd...

Excellent service and hospitality. Recommended for all sorts of trips with family, friends or couples. The surrounding has eternal calmness. Visit Shantiniketan and Biswabharati which are the two main attraction of this place. Book at least 2 months advance in the time of Holi or winter Pous mela.

Very good. Homely atmosphere. No noise. Hospitality is like a home. Behaviour of all staff is fine. We will visit again. Very near to viswa Bharati University and sonajhuri hat is not very far. Food is also good

Though a short trip, it was a wonderful experience.A perfect homely atmosphere with all facilities. A nice and calm place with its beautiful greenery, well maintained garden.... was definitely surprised to see the collection of books that made my children happy and my father nostalgic.... Thanks to Mr. Ashok Lahiri and his son Mr. Anirban Lahiri for such a nice cooperation....a nice place to visit again and highly recommended

Nice, well maintained home with decent staff on call. Very clean. Peaceful environment. Choice of continental and Bengali breakfast. Heating facility for food available. Can accommodate 6-8 people. My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The proximity to Rabindrabharati ensured we could walk around. Highly recommended for families who are not particular about hotel-like experience

Loved the warm hospitality at pubali homestay. The host was extremely cooperative and cordial. The home was neat and spacious. Pocket friendly. Loved the late night rendezvous on the roof. Location is excellent. Loved our stay. Shall look forward to stay there again.

Very good hospitality and the place is also very nice and green. The lush green beauty around the property makes it very beautiful and only adds to the gorgeous views it has to provide . The caretaker has maintained the property really well and the overall ambience was very good . Highly recommended for group trips.

It was the perfect time to visit Shantiniketan, Bolpur. The stay was all the more enhanced with the pleasant stay at the Pubali Homestay. The owner along with the staff was extremely friendly. The property was clean and maintained and the hospitality was up to the mark.
