We appreciated the kindness of the staff, who helped us with our luggage and immediately remedied, with great availability, a poor service during check-in. The room was nice and comfortable, with large windows overlooking the mountains. The garden is delightful. The location is quiet, away from the chaos of the streets of Manali, but quite difficult to reach, through steep stairs and a muddy path. The big problem was the temperature in the room: it was freezing, and in the bathroom even more so, but to have a heater we were asked for 500 rupees (about 6 euros) per night (consider that, in India, with 6 euros you can have a full meal in an average restaurant: therefore, in proportion, it’s a considerable amount of money). Another note: from our window, in addition to the mountains, we could see a sort of damp right next to the hotel. A large pile of garbage right next to the kitchen. moreover, after we finished our stay, we received a communication from Booking.com that we had never shown up, and therefore we would have to pay a penalty. To date, the staff has not yet resolved the problem and we fear that a penalty will be charged to our credit card.

Stayed there for 5 nights. The place was a little bit of a walk from the Club House Road which gives a beautiful scenic view of the mountains and surrounding (not accessible by cars/rickshaws). The electric was on and off, but that’s seems normal for Manali. WiFi was strong at certain spots. The space seems like a great place to make friends. Their food tasted great. The hosts (Nibz and Harsh) were accommodating. They hosted new year party on New Year’s Eve.

Exquisite , pleasant location with beautiful flowers and fruit garden. Great glaciers, waterfalls and river views. We can enjoy best sunrise and sunsets here. The best dorm and private room facilities available in the whole Manali. The management was awesome, they treat their guests as family members, they help You out with everything until You leave, it is a printed place for Us. Because they help Us a lot with our Ladhak trip to, We never forget their service as well their love on Us. Most trusted and humble people I ever met

Everything is perfect, the place provides a special peaceful sty in the lap of mountains surrounded by greenery, you can see snow capped mountains while enjoying delicious food. rooms are spacious and clean. Overall perfect for a shorter as well as longer stays.

Hostelgia in Manali is a backpacker’s dream. Nestled uphill in a tranquil setting, it offers stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. I experienced a drizzling chill and a breathtaking sunset. Perfect for adults and couples too. Friendly staff and serene vibes make it unforgettable. Highly recommended!

It was great fun to spend two days here. Property is located at very beautiful sight to watch but a little bit upto hillside. At night it becomes too much noisy, it should be changed so that other hostelers may not be disturbed. All over its good if you want fun later in the night 👍

For enchanting views and a homely feel, stay at Hostelgia. I booked for one day and stayed for 13. Nirbhay and Harsh are wonderful hosts. This is the first hostel where you can play cricket. Go and book now. It will be in memories for me because I saw India winning the T20 World Cup 2024 here only. Magnificent thriller it was. They have everything: good internet, great service, and guidance for visiting places in and around Manali.

It was an overwhelming experience at the hostel. You can easily connect with people, make new friends and get involved in numerous activities. The food is very nice, do try aalu ka paranthas. The hygiene is an add on. The management is very nice. Nirbhay, Deep and Harsh (the managing people) are very welcoming and helpful. The outer space and the views are out of the world. I strongly recommend visiting this place with your friends and have fun.
