There is a difference calmness and peace at this property. |The staff and the property managers are wonderful people. |The in-house cafe serves to all your needs when it comes to choice of cuisines. |The rooms are beautiful and serves you true value of money and an experience like a 4 star hotel. |There is dedicated parking facility for both two wheelers and four wheelers. |They provide you all other transportation, sightseeing facility and other facilities which are chargeable.|All and all a great place to stay!

The perfect stay nestled away in the valleys of Manali. The beds are really comfortable and all rooms have amazing balcony views and seating. The common areas are also great and the food served is hot and fast. Bonfire every night is a great add on. Lots of storage in the room. Bathrooms are also clean and huge. Board games are also provided and the mountain and forest view is great. Management is friendly and on point. Located at a very peaceful location and provides car parking also. We could walk to Mall Road too from here

This hotel is a complete disaster. No heaters in the room when asked for extra blankets they did not provide it as well, leaving me freezing through the night in cold weather in -5 degrees . When I asked about it, the staff couldn’t have cared less and said we also sleep in a single blanked. To top it off, there were no cleaning services during my entire stay—no fresh towels, no housekeeping, nothing. The staff was unhelpful and downright rude. This place is a filthy, uncomfortable joke. Don’t waste your time or money here. (P.S. After posting genuine review their management agreed to all the concerns on a call, now in the reply they are giving made-up and false explanations)

We had an amazing stay and the place was fabulous with an amazing staff and a really cool and calm vibe . People here were helpful . They provided is with everything we needed . Location is amazing not too far from mall road. They have a borne fire everyday from 8 to 11 . Dorm rooms had geyser and hot water facility was also there. You won't regret booking your stay here Until next time . Goodbye

The common room is a great place to meet fellow travelers, with a relaxed vibe and plenty of seating options. One of the highlights of my stay was the daily breakfast—fresh, delicious, and more than enough to fuel a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped, so I could easily prepare meals when I wanted. Plus, the hostel's location is unbeatable, close to major sights, public transport, and great dining spots. The atmosphere here is truly special. It feels like a home away from home, with a community spirit that made my stay unforgettable. We were thoroughly impressed by our experience at our stay in The Hosteller. The rooms were exceptionally cozy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warm atmosphere. Masud and team were really helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Additionally, the food was fantastic; each meal was delicious. Overall, this hostel offers a delightful blend of comfort, excellent service, and great dining, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

I came with 3 seniors. The staff at the reception was really nice and accommodative. They helped us with all our requests. The room was good too. Location is away from the Mall Road however, the location and the view of hosteller is good too. Highly recommend this place for a budget friendly stay.
