★★★★The hostel is quite old, and the rooms definitely need some restoration and better maintenance. However, the staff really made a difference in my stay.|The team is incredibly nice and accommodating. They were flexible with late check-out and were always there to help, whether I needed a hot shower or a hair dryer. Their kindness truly stood out.|A special shout-out to Matthew at the rooftop restaurant! He is such a nice, kind, and friendly soul—a person you definitely want to meet while in Agra. His warm personality added a welcoming touch to my experience.Overall, while the hostel itself could use some improvements, the staff's hospitality made my stay enjoyable. Thanks a lot, guys!

NillThis is the best hostel in Agra. We stayed here for two days. This is a budget hotel. The service here is good and the rooms and dormitories are clean and at a good budget price. The staff here is also very cooperative.

NillGreat proximity to the Taj Mahal and awesome staff who went out of their way to help us with booking Indian Railway tickets and explain some other local knowledge. Rooms were adequate as well

NillRating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Hot-House of Travellers is hands down the best place to stay near the Taj Mahal! If you're a solo backpacker or just someone who loves meeting new people from around the world, this is the spot. The vibe here is super chill – perfect for travelers who love to share stories, laugh, and even mock around in good spirit with new strangers. The ambience is cozy and welcoming, with artistic decor that makes you feel at home instantly. Whether you're planning your Taj visit or just looking to relax, this place has it all. Special shoutout to Rahul Bhai at the reception – such a friendly and helpful guy! He’ll guide you with local tips, help with bookings, and even share a few laughs. It’s rare to find someone so warm and genuine. Highly recommend for all kinds of travelers – you’ll come for the Taj, but stay for the people and the vibes!

NillVery poor quality of rooms and facilities; it is poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. The 4 beds doorm was very small, the toilet was very dirty and there was no hot water. They could not control the A/C so it was set at 16 degrees and could not be changed. The location is quite good and you can walk to the Taj Mahal.

NillI stayed at this hostel for a whole week. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are the nicest I had met in all of my time spent in India. They sell good food on the roof top floor where you can see the Taj Mahal and the tv room with its large seating area makes a nice change from day to day life in India. The price is most reasonable compared to other hostels in Agra and when I return this is the hostel I will be staying at.

NillIt has been the most restful stay in India if I am being honest. The best hostel in Agra. Every bed has its own electric fan, plus the AC in the dorm. The beds are soft and the duvet is very comfortable. Clean toilet and clean room. Amazing food at the rooftop.

NillReally the only good thing about this place is the location, it’s 20 mins from the Taj Mahal but there are plenty of other places on the way there aswell. I don’t know why this place has such great reviews because we found it super dirty - see the pictures from our room. This could even be easily fixed by 1. removing the disgusting carpets from the rooms, 2. changing the faucet and mirror 3. changing the mattress Then this could be a solid 3 star experience, however obviously the rooms are extremely small, the bathrooms in a bad condition and the rooms don’t have windows which leads to a funny smell in the room. That’s just what the hotel is like. On the first day we wanted to have breakfast on the rooftop but were immediately appalled by the sight of the super dirty kitchen, one room full of only trash ? And the rooftop itself not really suitable to sit. We left and went to the place next door which was okay. Honestly, we have travelled for a month in India now and this was the worst hotel and restaurant we have been to. Very sad ! The hotel staff was nice
