⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. I had a confirmed booking through an online platform and even received the OTP. After traveling all the way by Ola and reaching the hotel, the owner shockingly refused to honor the booking and canceled it without any prior notice or explanation. No assistance was offered, and I was left completely stranded. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. I strongly recommend others to avoid this hotel. The management clearly lacks basic courtesy and commitment to guests. I hope the booking platform takes strict action to prevent this from happening to others.
