Not happy with the room provided, bathroom was not clean, even after repeated complaints they did not clean it. The room provided was below average,inconvenient. Not value for the money we paid.

2400/- Rs for these shabby rooms and services, never. AC doesn’t work properly, washrooms are smelly, rooms are not properly cleaned or maintained. Kept my bags in the wardrobe, when opened they were filled with dust. Mosquitoes everywhere. Only the location is the advantage.

Only one towel for two people Hot water not given even after repeated asking Bill charged for AC room but not AC was not switched on. On enquiry, they said specific request required for AC. Overall shabby maintenance. Not at all recommendable.

Though a new hotel, poorly maintained. Toilet seat cover came off, not fixed. Washroom poorly ventilated. Congested room. Charging points, switches are placed at inconvenience places. Remote location, over priced. Ill planned.
