Bed linen wasn't too clean. Staff service ok. No in-house catering. Had to order tea/coffee, food from outside. Parking just about adequate by the roadside. A grill-covered drain outside the hotel threw up a welcome "aroma". Bathroom flush tank cover broken. Flush kept leaking, trick to fill it up was to press the buttons so, that they snapped back. On the day of my departure, a uniformed person whom I hadn't seen for two nights, hosing down the front area literally demanded money for nothing he had done for me. Front-desk manager was polite, once he knew I could converse in Telugu. Overall, a neutral experience. Attitude, services offered and the hygiene could do with a lot of improvement.

First time OK. 2nd time very worst. No frequent power, WiFi poor, bathroom furniture's bad fitting, not at all hygienic, waste of money. Should never visit anymore. Price is too much for 1 day 2500 without even a complimentary breakfast. There are superb hotels around with 3000 where you will get complementary breakfast please try those. I recommend no one visit here. Completely wasted.

Very bad rooms. Filthy linen and non-working air conditioners. Unresponsive management. For 2,500 per night, this hotel is simply not worth it. Additionally nobody even cares to wear a mask

Worst customer experience. They won't give you the keys nor the access card. You have to wake up the watchman for everything. They force you to get out of the room from half an hour before your check out. Very rude staff. No at all recommended

Have to wait for approx half hour if u tell reception to bring in room..No remote of TV .. AC remote not working .. broken taps in bathroom .. what more could expect .

Please check as this hotel do not provide complimentary food. Stay is costly. Service is bad. FEW ROOMS HAVE BEDS SPRING HURTING U. Cost of one room is costing more than Falcon hotel who which is a 3 stared.

Nice place but I have seen AC complaint in rooms many times, AC doesn't work properly in rooms
