Hotlines Falcons Nest Hotel(Vindhu Restaurant)

This is my 4th day. Rooms r well lightened hygienic cleaned. I was reading other feedback got surprised to see common view on missing glasses and no cup in room. I got 2 glasses on 4th day hope cup is placed soon in room permanently. Though I got cup on requesting to oom service. Dinner food is good as per your choice but I didn't like breakfast as I don't eat South Indian food.

Found bug in biryani,worst service and staff behaviour was aslo not good they just skipping the issue and saying like very simply what we found insect in biryani.They just managing the issue. Very bad experience while we came for the first time with some one suggestion happened like this.

1. I have seen an insect in the salad. 2.The waiter uses an abusive language infront of coustomers 3. They are selling WATER bottles at more than MRP and in addition they are applying tax over it. The food taste is ok ... It is good once upon a time.....but not now.

Worst Hotel in terms of service. I am visiting and staying in this hotel only from last 2 Years . But the service was pathetic and I changed my hotel from last two months . Even New manager of this hotel don't care about customers

Decent hotel to stay in Bhimavaram, centrally located and well maintained! The staff was very supportive and accommodating. I had a last-minute amendment to my booking, and Ms. Anusha from the front office provided exceptional support. I am very grateful for her assistance. Thank you!

Hard to find hotel as it's backside of the mall. Hotel look rich but unable to provide basic amenities like uninterrupted Wi-Fi. Corporate discount was not available. Cost also high when compared to other hotels which provides better amenities than this. Complementary tiffin was good. Overall rating was 2.5/5

Very expensive for basic facilities and amenities provided. Normal rooms but clean wash rooms. noisey AC, No Kettle or coffee/tea in rooms. No fresh towels. BREAKFAST very ordinary. However Lunch/dinner feasting options for NON VEGETARIANS. Not many options for VEGETARIANS.
