Very disappointing experience. There was no hospitality and no proper information provided about the room rates. Initially, they mentioned one rate, and we paid for a big AC room. However, due to water issues, we were given a smaller room without any prior notice. We did not complain and adjusted, but at the end they demanded more money and falsely accused us of not communicating properly even though we clearly had. This feels like a scam, and the staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended.

I had a very unpleasant stay. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Basic amenities like water were not provided, and the condition of the rooms was poor and unacceptable. There also seemed to be attempts to overcharge or take advantage, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very unprofessional staff and extremely rude behavior. We went as a group of girls to stay, and at the end they tried to scam us by demanding more money than what was initially agreed upon. They had told us a different amount at first and later changed it. Overall, a very bad experience would not recommend at all.

Very unprofessional staff and extremely rude behavior. Wrong room allotment, bad service, and no proper response to requirements. When questioned, they even used bad language while talking. On top of that, there was no water for bathing in the early hours. Overall, very bad management and a terrible experience

Worest experience....the Ac is not working...MANAGER not responding correctly..not a good place to stay....one thing is tiffen and restaurant are nearby... getting panic with the room stay today....

Here to we went for lunch to ALANKAR RUCHULU and ordered one veg meals and 3 chicken biryani. both of items Not good,service also not good I think they supplied previous day food I. e surplused food. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE TO YOUR HEALTH Not a good place for stay. Recently I came to this hotel along with my family and stayed for 1 day. For me this is a terrible experience I ever seen in hotels. At 3 am in the mid night we have noticed there are lot of insects under the mattress and informed hotel management about this and they have immediately cleaned the bed and suggested us to use the same room as it was cleaned thoroughly so we have trusted the hotel staff and continued our staying in the same room. After 1hr we have realised that this will be ongoing problem for us as we can see there are lot of insects on the bed as well as wall.. We didn't had a sleep whole night and hotel staff not even considered our problem and we paid the amount and left. This is a horrible experience I have ever seen. Please think twice before staying in this hotel. I'm posting a video for everyones awareness

Room is nice for the price what it costs. The room was pretty clean, including the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn't close correctly. Nothing too fancy but a good hotel for an average and pleasant stay. This hotel will be absolutely good for budget travelers who need simple and clean room. Room service was prompt. We were all happy that we had a wonderful stay.
