Surprised to see clean and tidy AC rooms at this price ! A very good option to stay as it's just opposite bus stand and very clean and affordable.

It was really a nice place , loved the hospitality. Accommodation at best price. I can say it’s a budget friendly best hotel. Moreover it’s located at central location opposite to bus stand it really eases my travelling time. Once again I would like to visit the hotel.

U can find this hotel opposite to busstand beside the street of Sri Vishnu Priya hotel....Nice rooms and ambience....nice service too...u can find many useful shops nearer to this residency... suitable for family.....AC rooms and TV available

The 3rd floor room was very hot inside and that fan air was not working properly I am not sleeping at one night

Normal budget rooms with neat maintenance. Very near to Kakinada APSRTC Complex and near to Kakinada Town Railway station. Rooms starts from 400rs for single occupancy and 500rs for double occupancy. Available A/C rooms also. For official visits it's a good lodge to stay.
