Collection O Stay Inn Luxury Service Apartments

Worst Rooms ever seen. We booked 2 floors for a family event stay and the service is too bad. They only provide one towel for 2 guests per room. No maintenance. No cleanliness. I think they don't even wash them & the worst part is the Washrooms are worst no room service also. They don't even provide shampoo or Soap👎🏻

This particular Oyo rooms person cheated me. where I booked the room cost is 960 but but they charged me 2200 for two rooms they also said they are not interested to give you they want to discontinue with oyo so they want to charge extra they are not provide any specialties like luggage carrying etc and ask for my booking I came there at 11:30 p.m. at the time they are telling go to another oyo rooms change your location of Oyo see how they are cheating I kindly request to oyo team take a proper action dis particular oyo rooms

It's not about service, they are not even ready to allocate room for oyo booking. They said that in that price they can't give room. So I have not stayed. I don't understand why oyo is doing this. If they are not ready to provide the room with Oyo price. Then why oyo is showing price and booking in the Oyo app better to remove such hotels from the app

received very very rude behavior staff. No hospitality .Asking extra money to allowing gusts, they didn't allowed for even for 30mins.Forced to book new room. we had reserved 2 Rooms , literally we paid 6000 extra for refreshing 5 persons and 2persons stayed at night. Embarrassed IN front of family & relatives. Worst experience.

trust me dont stay at this hotel. Lots n lots of mosquitoes everywhere. The hotel staff are also not good. we requested to get a mosquito repellent but the manager didnt gave us. I was traveling with my family n my sisters kids. N even the rooms were not clean. I asked oyo to refund my amount but oyo refused. I am not happy with this Place. so kindly avoid. thanks

Room very small. Lift gave lot of trouble. The collapsible door lever to press the limt switch on closing, was not entering the slot in 4th floor and lift getting stopped ther itself. No parking you have to keep vehicle on road. Mirror in bathroom is meniature size and fixed much lower than our face height. One Steel ward robe seen in room. dont know why it is required. It made the room more congested. In the mid part of night power failure and AC did not work for balance night. Railway waiting room better than this O stay inn. It is Zero stay INN. The janator was not curtious even.

It's located in a peaceful location and to reach it takes a while. All amenities like a good bed, ac and water heater are there and working. Just working fine. It like a 4 bedroom flat and each bedroom is separated into a room. Internet is working. It's an okay experience. Also parking is available and plenty, so that's really great.

This place is a decent place to stay for the price that is getting charged. Toilet are clean but some water leakage. They provided extra bed on request. Staff were polite. Seems the location is also good enough. Took 15 to 20 min to go to beach road. 10 min drive to good restaurents.
