The hotel was too good with beautiful ambience. Flawless movement at hotel due to professional staff. A bit expensive room & food but justified as my concern was addressed immediately. Customers who come to a new place need suggestion & that was also fulfilled through reception desk staff. Keep doing good work!

Go-to hotel at Kakinada. Room is clean and tidy. Staffs are understanding, friendly and professional.|Restaurant is very good, with wide variety of selections.|Gym is pretty small but and make do with it. Pool and open patio area is nice.|Thank you.

Excellent service. Nice rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kakinada. Very surprised with this little jewel as much better than other hotels i have stayed in Kakinada before. Till 2025 and thank you for you service.

My choice of hotel in kakinada is always GRT grand, there’s no change in it. I really like the ambience and service of the hotel and also the breakfast choice. It’s quite good One more thing to take a note of is the nearby park which was very good for morning walk/ running. Rooms are very comfortable, had stayed in a suite room, which was very good, ample space

They stay was awesome and I specifically want mention in my feedback Ms. panisha and Mr.saleem from front desk they both are really wonderful they are very helpful throughout my stay and available when I need them for any assistance ,The rooms are comfortable and hygiene, Worth for the price , I would definitely prefer this hotel for my forther stay, I'll suggest this hotel to my friends and families. Have a great stay and experience, met such a nice people in hotel like panisha .

Best hotel in Kakinada, one can safely opt and book room in this hotel. Breakfast is sumptous, tasty and good. We had lunch one day and it is also good. Room and toilet are clean and tidy. Overall we experienced best stay and staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent service at restaurant by Shantipriya, Suvabrata Das,Sumitra,Kumaresan,Ruma.||Front office people Pramoda,Sumana and Vamshi are doing great job.||Kamesh at gym doing best service. ||Room service is good. Stay is comfortable. ||Overall experience is too good.
