I need the owner to contact me as soon as possible!!! Dear owner, Either fire the receptionist with immediate effect or get him to call us and apologize to me and my father. My father checked with the receptionist and asked for 2 rooms, after taking a look he was unsure about the room size and called me to ask(i was in my car) if they were enough for 6 people. So i went in to check, then the receptionist with an irritating tone asked me "How many people want to check?", We asked him to watch his tone, then he continued to speak rubbish and shouted that we can't afford the hotel. He is clearly not qualified enough and doesn't even have minimum common sense on how to talk to people. He deserves to be fired immediately. DEAR OWNER, GIVE ME A CALL AS SOON AS YOU CAN. OR I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS.

(Please note: The hotel may respond on my comment and mention that they don't no me, or I never checked-in in their hotel, They may also reply to my comment that I behaved in a bad way, or they may reply something to prove that my this long comment is entirely false, so before I start I want to tell you all the each n every sentence is 200% correct and there is nothing happened apart from this) I have never experienced such poor service at a hotel. They don't even provide complimentary water; if you want a bottle, you have to purchase it. Upon arriving at the hotel, the guard refused to allow me to park my car. After a lengthy argument, he finally agreed. When I checked in, there was no one to assist me with my luggage. In my room (204), the water pressure in the washroom was extremely low. I even recorded a video, but when I showed it to the manager, his response was, "Sir, there is water coming." Frustrated, I told him to cancel my booking as I wasn’t going to stay. At that point, he offered me a different room (303), but there were no towels or toiletries. I had to go back to my previous room to get them. At night I had to come down for more water bottles as there telephone service was down, and I noticed only the hotel guard was there who was highly drunk and not even able to stand properly. Then, at checkout, they informed me they only accept cash – no digital payments, no debit or credit cards, just cash. To top it off, they don’t even have a kitchen.

Location is good and convenient. Room is small but looks good.No drinking water facility. Room service is not quick.Overal Its sufficient for a small family for one day

Very kanjoos owner...over priced, considering the size of the rooms, quality of bedsheets, towels, AC quality. Even when there was no power for half a day, he cried to give a discount on the room rent.

Positive Hotel Location at highway, supporting staff, clean Bathroom. No in-house restaurant but provides tea coffee. Zomato delivery available even at 6.30 am in this area. Negative AC not in good condition, bedsheets and pillow cover with stain and they were not ready to change it.

The hotel is located a very busy part of the city, but was surprisingly quiet inside the rooms with almost no traffic noise filtering into the rooms. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The bed linen was clean but the blankets were a bit old but clean. We didn’t have hot water in our bathroom, which was a bit frustrating as we had to leave early the next morning and had to bathe ourselves and our kids in the cold water.
