Oh my god never dine in this restaurant which is in first floor. They provide unhygienic food and storage food. Their the staff says they don't no. Irresponsible staff. Unethical food. when we order frynpiece biriyani they provide dum biryani and tells this is fry piece biryani, that too with storage chicken pi3ces with worst taste and smell. And the plates they provide tells the story of their quality. Never ever go their and waste ur money and time and your health. All the best guys this review helps you.. Worst service and food. My husband was fasting today. We ordered veg food(chili mushroom, veg biryani, veg noodles) n he found chicken piece in that veg biryani while eating. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 this restaurant must be shut down

We 5 members on trip working for a tv channel checked into RL grand today. we were in a hotel in tanuku yesterday. I washed my 5 pairs of clothes and hanged on roof top. But in a few minutes, we were asked to move to kkd by our hq. I packed my wet clothes in a plastic cover n reached RL grand by car. I told d receptionist to help me to show a place to put my wet clothes under d sun. He bluntly told me to dry in my room. He didn't give me permission to go to the roof top to dry my clothes. When so ever I washed my clothes, many hotel staff used to help me even allowing drying my wet clothes in their staff rooms but here... Here, d restaurant food is costly. Most of the tables were unoccupied. There's no separate parking place for guests' cars. I think, RL grand staff should learn caring for d guests. Tq readers

We have booked banquet hall for my daughter's engagement, food and service is ok but after 1 hour they switched off all Ac s, we asked many times but they told technical issue, at last moment they switched on Ac. I suggest not to book this hall

Good for small functions upto 120 people. We had our engagement ceremony here and rooms , food and service was good ..I can recommend this as best in kakinada.

Good rooms with all the facilities available are available at affordable prices, the staff and room service were good too. Good atmosphere. Well-mannered behaviour by the staff and food was really good. And I strongly recommend this hotel.
