I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff ensured everything was in order daily. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Pathetic is how the stay can be described. This is not a hotel, its a Lodge without a kitchen and its very very very expensive for its awful standards. The advertising is misleading, service is awful with lazy non-responsive staff. Do not book this if you are visting with a family and expect regular hotel stay- its unfit and the only saving grace is the rooms which are soooo small and location. Things that do not work 1. A/c in the room does not work well 2. No hot water in any room- staff does not care even if you complain. 3. No wifi- its always down, unreliable. 4. No kitchen- we have to literally beg for breakfast- they get it packed from a local street vendor and drop them in the common seating area which fits 3 poeople. Staff does not provide any water during breakfast and its chargeable. 5.Hotel Owner is a greedy, discourteous awful person who demands Rs 200 for using lobby bathroom per person , not considering women guests, post we check out. The explanation is once you check out you are no longer out guest so we will charge you to pee. How is this person in a hospitality industry.

All staff very polite with customer. Breakfast 😋 superb. Hotel atmosphere is very clean and hygeine. I'm very satisfied with service and it is near to city and very flexible ..

BAD EXPERIENCE NO TOILETRIES DELAYED SERVICE AND A LOT OF MOSQUITOs PARKING IS SCAM A BIG SUV CAN'T BR PARKED ! DINING AC NOT WORKING Rooms ALTHOUGH are nice ! Washrooms are clean Receptionist boy 'SHIVA' is a good guy !

Three days and two nights stay at Hotel Iraa in Kakinada during a medical conference. Easy to find as it's located on the main road just before the masjid and famous Kotaiah sweet shop. Initially I suspected of noise but they are absolutely sound proof even though its adjacent to main road with running traffic. It's a new hotel, with all amenities ( tv with YouTube, air conditioner, geyser and landline). Decent for a family. Washrooms are clean and hygienic. Welcome kit includes a shampoo and soap, clean towel. Option for room service attached to the switch board panel Lots of shopping can be done. All showrooms in walkable distance. Give it a try
