Hotel Suraj Grand

I recently stayed at Suraj Grand Hotel in Kurnool on the national highway, and I must say the experience was far from satisfactory. The money spent is not at all worth it, and I advise others to save their money for a better service. The hotel is very substandard with low hygiene, and it's not deserving of any star rating. None of the room appliances worked, and the infrastructure is in poor condition. The staff lacks proper etiquette and customer service skills, and the room I stayed in had holes with a bad odor. Breakfast was served late at 8:30 am with only two limited options, and the quality was poor. When I raised concerns about the food, I was told that they had a new chef. Overall, I strongly recommend others to rethink before spending their money here.

If any category beyond third class than i will like to give this hotel.This is very third class hotel and room are terrific.its Better to stay at railway station pantry instead of this hotel.this hotel can't deserve even one Star.

Hotel's location is good 👍 but the rest of the experience was 🤢. The service was terrible 😤 and they didn't have anything we wanted to order 🚫. The only thing they had was Biryani, so we had no choice 😒. There were no desserts or cold drinks available, not even a single option 🙅‍♂️. The complementary breakfast was okay, but it was not hygienic at all 🤢. Rats were running all over the breakfast items and eating them without any fear 😱. When we complained to the staff, they changed the bread, but the rats just started running on the other items 🐀. It's clear that the hotel has no pest control 🚫. #BadHotelExperience #UnhygienicFood #TerribleService

Worst maintenance … service boys don’t have proper training… they don’t know how to behave with customers….. no taste of breakfast… at finally this was not worthable for they kept price..

The restaurant Tulasi is the worst I have ever been. Please do not go!! They were rats going around on the buffet table and the tables door everything is sticky and dirty! Please do not operate if you cannot!!! People’s health is at stake!! Not even worth 1 star!!!

The place needs maintenance and better staff. Even at 8 AM you will only have a few items ready for breakfast.
