Place is very nice, clean and spacious. Service was little slow due to a language barrier but the rooms were really great and the location was excellent few meters away from the ST station.

Very very bad maintainance, they are collecting 1600/- per day , the rooms are not clean , bedsheets are full with dust, no proper bathroom maintaining, no dustbin in room, not cleaning after checkout of others, In rooms full of dust is there in floor, they are not providing toiletries like soap , shampoo etc, don't go by seeing photos in different platforms, in reality it is very bad, staff also not that much good, it is hub for drinkers on weekends, for them only it is suitable, please avoid it, there are lot of options nearby. Don't go with family, go with safety stay .

The rooms are good but there is no maintenance of rooms, they charged 2k for suit room. Room is good and has smart TV but they are not providing washed bed sheets and room also very dirty. Staff is not responsive, finally its not worth for that price.

Rooms are good but washrooms are untidy. Worst services. Very unprofessional staffs, they don't even know how to talk to customers. They always say no rooms available after reaching hotel even after a telephonic booking. Recently, I checked in to this hotel sometime around 2am after having a telephonic booking a day prior and they asked me to stay in a room in night which was used by their owner with his friends for drinking and they shall clean it in the morning.
