Hotel Suraj Grand

Food comes 55 minutes after order as they have to get it from outside. That also comes without cutlery. We had to adjust with our plastic spoons which we had by mistake. No extra beds.

Worst rooms with worst maintenance!!!! We went for a family trip and stayed at this hotel. We asked to provide us with clean rooms while booking the previous day and once we reached the hotel the rooms were with dust and bedsheets were also stained. Also, there were mosquitoes. The bathrooms were also maintained properly. Overall, it's not worth the price for around 2k per night.

At first the room looked very good but later on realised the bedsheets were dirty, pillows were dirty and AC was not working. This hotel can be used to only freshen up while travelling. Complimentary breakfast is something which we should miss.

Service deteriorated over the years . Currently, status is Lack of supervision , lay back attitude of staff, leaking taps in bathroom, pretty slow in room dining - over all bad experience. Lady at breakfast comes at 9 am while breakfast dishes are kept at 8 am . So you can’t order Dosa till lady turns up 9 am . Staff appear bored and not interested in their jobs .

Cleanliness and hygiene is very poor. Bedsheets and bathroom maintenance is hell. Not worthy to stay. Lost it's glory

Not good biryani, it is not even and it is stall food. Don't try , never go to dine in.

No maintenance and too old. Ac’s are not working properly and washrooms are too bad.
