Capital O Ss Guest House

It's a decent place with a couple of decent restaurants about 5 min walk away. Most of the rooms are functionally and decently furnished. The staff is really helpful and cordial. The location though is a bit on the periphery. But it has good access by way of a arterial road adjacent to it. The only big drawback is the lack of an in-house restaurant or food facility.

I travelled long to reach the location. I had received the booking confirmation from them for three nights. I reached around 1.00 am in the night. They denied check in and did not even bother to open the gate to speak to me in person. The hoteliers said they were no longer with OYO. They were extremely rude. I had called OYO customer care. They were not helping as well. I was left stranded on the road at night at a place where i did not know anyone. I am trying to get the refund of the booking but as of now i am being driven from oyo customer care to goibibo.

Useless guest house. In fact they have lot of mosquitoes as guests. Rooms extremely dirty. Looks like an old godown used to put rubbish. Wooden cupboards were all broken.. water sprays very less quantity from the shower, can't even bath properly. A TV is available with hathway set top box, which never works. No dustbin kept inside room. The bedsheet available was torn and stinking. No restaurants nearby. Overall very poor...

This is not on OYO or any other booking platform anymore.... They are giving 2BHK and 3 BHK on sharing basis... You need to share your apartment with unknown people along with common hall and kitchen... Price is very expensive...2.5K for one room for 2 adults...

Pros - decent bedding, hot water and AC. Cons - Hygiene is not very good - they reuse old plastic bottles to provide water. Breakfast is paltry. Room was rather old and the cupboards are super musty.

For the place it's decent enough but the staff are not courteous...they don't have minimum respect...cheap behavior by staff...place is not all Staff is important..even a smaller place with better staff is welcome Oyo...I hope Oyo notices this and takes this place off Oyo...we dint chose this place cuz of it's name...we chose it cuz it's Oyo and it's a shame on name of Oyo

I had visited Nellore to attend a marriage event of my relative. It was sudden plan to stay in this Guest House. Let me start with the positive, Room Service is excellent, Owner is friendly. Now, let me start with cons. If you had booked a room with OYO or any other service provider. They wont provide you rooms directly. I was requesting rooms from the day of checkin. They said, no additional rooms and provided beds in same room. During checkout, i was charged almost double the cost of room for the additional members. Please talk to the owner and then checkin dont speak to the manager or room service in charge.

Located amids the mosquitoes breeding grounds, with an open sump to specially attract dengue mosquitoes, away from the city with very badly maintained bathrooms. The room is big enough to ensure that you don't stretch your legs. Tip them well and talk nicely to the boys and they would presume that they've offered star hotel facilities and would request a 5 star rating. Best suited for a super cheap stay at Nellore. ACT internet WiFi provided and deserves another star.
