*Disappointing Experience at Hotel southern suites Nellore I recently stayed at Hotel southern suites and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Here are a few issues I encountered: - *Cleanliness:* The room was not clean, and I noticed dust and dirt in various areas. - *Service:* The service was slow and unfriendly. It took a long time to get assistance, and the staff seemed unresponsive. - *Price:* The room rate was quite high compared to the amenities and service provided. - *Breakfast:* The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast on their website, but when I arrived, I was told that food was not available. This was misleading and disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others due to the poor cleanliness, service, and false advertising. Hopefully, the hotel will take steps to improve these areas in the future. *Rating:* 1/5 stars

Worst experience during my recent stay at this hotel. This place doesn’t feel like a proper hotel at all – it looks more like a service apartment. The rooms were not clean, the AC wasn’t working, and the washrooms were in a terrible condition. The bed sheets were dirty and unhygienic. On top of all this, the hotel staff and even the owner were completely unresponsive and unprofessional. No one was willing to listen or help, even after repeated complaints. It was a highly disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Please do not choose this hotel. It’s not worth your money or your peace of mind. I would not recommend this place to anyone – definitely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Southern Suites in Nellore. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable and relaxing environment. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. What really stood out was the quality of service – everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The location is also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, a great experience! I would definitely recommend Southern Suites to anyone visiting Nellore – whether for business or leisure.

Worst. We paid for two rooms but was able to use geyser in one restrooms only, tv in one room in addition the bedsheets were torn ,no dustbin ,no car parking, using a single key any room door can be opened . We travel frequently, never faced such a worst experience . They don't even act on the request made. A total waste of money and which completely ruined our stay.

Rooms were near but no service. No ventilation in the toilets, and we cannot watch ipl in the tv just some local channels are provisioned. Food, nothing we get here. Overall an average place to stay..

Very bad experience in the hotel the reception guy keep on calling me to check out the room when I have taken the rooms for 3 days and paid total amount for 3 days. Don't provide any complimentary breakfast anything. I suggest be careful while check in.
