D.R. Utthama Hotel

Buffet we had at 800 per person but my surprise water bottle is extra charge..It won't make any sense. Management missing common sense here. Seems they don't know how to manage buffer culture like in metros

Worst hotel, the experience with the hotel is very pathetic, even in lobbies also Air Condition system are not working , rooms are scary why because opening the door with the key is just like winning a lottery, poor maintainance, room service is just a joke waiting for 1 coffee had taken 30 minutes, with a multiple reminder calls to the room service. The responce of the front desk is irresponsible,. I am writing this review with my own experince.

been there on 17th of May. the food was good even though we were charged extra for water, but the person near the vallet parking looked like he didn't have any training in hospitality. He was so disrespectful in his behaviour and treated me as if he was ordering free food for cyclone victims at a relief centre. may be bcoz i drove an old car. He was recklessly telling "car straight chesuko," " car akkada park cheyyi" his way of addressing was very inhospitable. he was using singular pronouns. looks like he treats the people driving expensive cars as potential customers. didn't feel like going there again. also the restaurant didn't atleast have handwash inside the restaurant and the washrooms need more hygiene.

Rooms are old and not clean and bad odour is coming.Bedsheets are not properly washed ,had cigarette smell is coming.Windows and curtains are not clean.I called and told Tv is not working nobody came and look into it. Bathroom taps also not working properly as they are age old but nobody repaired it properly.

The rooms are good, but regular maintenance of taps is required, and some rooms need pest control. I booked the hotel for its swimming pool, but it is unavailable due to poor maintenance. I request the hotel management to either restore or remove the swimming pool from its amenities list.

Food service was not good food was very late it was not spicy and the staff were making sounds utensils loud noises and only thing that is good is water here

It was very nice hotel and nice service in resutarant! especially, Krishanu and Ram is so kind and gentle. All food is good.

Today i have went for the DR utthama hotel for the first time in my life but the service they provide is very bad after 30mins the server came to us taken order and then given order after 40mins and their is no hand wash separately have to wash your in wash room before lunch.their is no customer crowd its like 10 people but the waiting time is very more .
