In the hospitality industry, character, communication with the customers is more important!!! Rooms are good!!! People who are running or staying at reception are not kind!!!! So that's your choice

Really the people who are working in the reception don’t even have little kindness…Most of the customers for this hotel are from hospital attenders only…but they will behave very rudely with the customers without understanding their situation…very rude and irrespective behaviour with customers.
