ROCK GARDEN ORVAKALLU COTTAGES

It's a must visit place, surrounded with rocks, water and with cottages. For sunrise and sunset this place is a picture palace. The rooms available here are so clean and neat, anyone can have a night stay here with bonfire and with good food. I will recommend to have a AC room ahead of the NON-AC room because of more heat surrounded. Even this place offers a restaurant where their food is decent. They provide breakfast, lunch, snaks and dinner anytime if needed. They can also provide small setups for events like birthday, anniversary or some school/ college function and provide food for less than 100 people. Lot of movie shootings are happened here and many more yet to come. You will also find movie set pieces around here.

If u are looking for picnic without any expenses, this is the place near kurnool. It's just like a jigantic children park for family and privacy enabled place for lovers. Neither of the cases u will not feel bored.

This place has unique rock formations made of quartz and silica, which give them a distinct texture and color. AP Tourism has improved the area and its access, but it still needs more cleaning. Unfortunately, some people have vandalized the rocks by writing their names on them. It is best to visit after the rainy season.

Beautiful place ... must visit with kids. If you visit during day you will find college students who skipped their classes and having a gala time ... there are many couples who like to enjoy private time (you know what I mean). So during day you cannot avoid such scenes... Alcoholic drinks are served here and you have plenty of spots to enjoy the drinks.

Never ever gonna dine here, AP Tourism should take necessary action, the restaurant is filthy, Families stay away, alcohol & Beer bottles are thrown all around you, food is non eatable comes with a solid price tag. 300Rs for 50grams of chicken curry, pulkas are like papads, the management is irresponsible. What ever you order they will bring what is available at their end. Rock garden need high maintenance comes with 20Rs ticket, can't take your car inside, have to walk 3 to 4kms, not recommended for old age people or small babies, not much safety measures. AP Govt. & local bodies Needs to pay attention to make the nature more beautiful instead the administration is simply making money out of it.

Rooms are good. Clean. Cost is 1400+tax which becomes 1568. The rooms are located close to the rock formations. The hotel also provides room service. But the fridge in the room was not clean. It was full of fungus and dirty. And in the night, insects come into the room from the gaps under the door or between sliding window panes. So you'll need to switch off lights.
