KOVVURU GRAND

I visited the SWAAD RESTAURANT on the occasion of birthday of my family member. This is the BEST RESTAURANT in the town right now and good location. Taste of all the NON VEG items were so delicious 😋 and mouth watering. We loved 😍 this afternoon visiting the restaurant which is very much accessible and budget friendly and they are providing discount of 30% on biryani . We loved gulab jamoon with ice cream 🍨 and it is very much yummy.

Recently visited for 5 nights for official work. Supposed to be the best hotel and the best services one can expect. Happy to share that we got Pure Vegetarian including Jain Food for the Breakfast as well as Dinner. Hotel Staff is very good. Special mention of Mr. Mohammad from house keeping.

Exceptional experience at Kovvuru Grand! The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. My recent stay at Kovvuru Grand, Proddatur, was quite disappointing, especially considering the tariff of over ₹3,000 per night. The service quality did not meet even basic expectations—there were no attendants to assist with luggage, and guests are expected to carry their own baggage to the suites. While the rooms are moderately maintained, they certainly do not justify the high cost being charged. On a personal note, Proddatur holds a special place in my heart. Having known and loved this town since my childhood in 1983, I feel a deep emotional connection to places like Korrapadu Road, YMR Colony, Vijayakumar Theatre area, Gandi Road, and the Shivalayam surroundings. These areas bring back nostalgic memories and joy whenever I come across them—even through news or social media. However, it’s disheartening to see that after four decades, the town remains largely unchanged. Apart from a few new shopping malls replacing old theatres, the infrastructure and urban environment show little progress. Many roads remain dusty and unclean, broken walls are still scattered around, and there's a noticeable lack of greenery or civic improvement. One wonders if the authorities have sidelined public welfare for personal priorities. Proddatur deserves better—both in hospitality standards and town development.

I visited for audit purposes near by location and stay in hotel.. Superb hospitality includes room service, restaurant services nice food. Rooms are also luxury feeling as I stay in a suit room. Must visit...

Overall experience is good and.i recommend to visit once. Hotel Price is slightly higher, management can look in to it. Others are good..
