Bedsheets aren't changed for new guests and rooms are infested with cockroaches

Service boy is so polite and hardworking. But their rooms are horrible. Full of cockroaches... AC in the room hardly works. I felt like when would I vacate the room. We did not have a choice other than to stay when we went there.

Worst behavior. I have till 8.30 pm check in or checkout time and I asked for an extra one hour that to night at 10 o'clock.. They are asking to pay for 24 hours , if not they are asked to get out of the lodge with the family. I stayed two hours in the bus stand. I thought godavari was excellent nice and understood complete to other locations. Now it proves wrong.

The old man at the front desk speaks very rudely. No manners. There is no way he can talk like that and that. I am surprised the business is still running with that old man at the front desk. Rooms are good. I didnt avail any service there.so cant say about service. Hot water is a joke. Coz luke warm water is coming no matter how much time we kept the geyser ON for.

Maintained a good communication from booking to check-in. So everything went well, even after that. Young lady (house keeping) managing things, than.... desk. Actually want to appreciate her for the good work, but not there during checkout time.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. I got a bus from the airport, deboarded at APSRTC Bus Complex and walked just two minutes into the hotel. The service-manager had kept my room ready and just after a few formalities, I was led to the room. The chilled juice was in place. The couch and bed were very cosy. The bathtub was very clean.

Rooms are very small and conjusted, bath rooms are worst, every week I visited every district even Karnataka, But I ever seen this kind worst and pathatic hotel, I suggest don't prefer, Even if u delay 30min or 1 hour to vacate they will be charging half (1000/-) of theamount in room rent. No response from ceceptrec if I call some times...No proper food and arrangements in case of emergency situations. Totally I experienced a #worst and #bad experience with this #LavenHotel. Better not to prefer this waste one. It's came from my spending experience.i don't want to give single rating but in exceptional case I am giving 1 ratinf for this.

This three-star hotel is conveniently located opposite APSRTC Complex on third and fourth floors of Murali Krishna Manor, Ayyappa Nagar. The railway station is five kms and the airport is 15kms from here. As it is in the center of the city one can get transport facility very easily. This hotel is just 4kms from Pushkar Ghat and ISKON temple. There is free car parking facility in the cellar. Of course there is paid airport shuttle service in the hotel. There are nearly twenty deluxe A.C. rooms in the hotel with facilities like lift, free wifi, T.V. attached bath room, wardrobe, telephone and room service facility. Laundry. Doctor-on-call and event hall are other facilities here. The staff are quite courteous and attend to our needs promptly. The bath rooms are very small and the wash basin is also not so convenient to use. A big mirror with a wide washbasin will be better. At the reception counter also the swiping machine did not function properly and so I had to pay the room tariff in cash. As it is a three-star hotel, at least one bottled water has to be provided in each room. There is a restaurant that provides Asian food. I did not avail the facility as I paid only for accommodation. The room tariff is reasonable and varies depending on the availability and demand. The normal check-in and check-out timings are from 12.00 noon to 11.00 a.m. For early check-in one has to inform the hotel authorities. Though not so spacious, this hotel is a nice place located conveniently in the center of the city.
