Olive suites

Dont trust any bad reviews, this is a nice hotel and there are only two good hotels in the entire city , this and la hospin. Don't stay anywhere else. Hotel sitara is overpriced for a room and it is absolutely horrible. Stay at this hotel, nice bathroom, bed, and even a big flat screen TV that works and has a remote. Staff is amazing and gave wifi right away. Definitely stay here.

I had to give one star otherwise I cannot review this hotel. I booked a Semi suite on MMT. We happened to reach the hotel by 1:40 or so but there was no power. No generator. We had to take the stairs to the top floors needless to mention with our baggage. The hotel also had a power cut and there's no generator as well. The manager or whoever the in charge is gave us room and said that they'll soon get the electricity on and then the AC will work as that room only has power backup. Any which ways, that room is not the semi suite we booked, it is some premier room. We questioned the same and then they said because of the power cut they didn't get the room ready. They said they'll get it done in 10 mins. But then while we checked into the hotel earlier, the boy said he gave that room to somebody else. Everything is fishy since the beginning. Well, we moved into this room, the bathroom was not cleaned, there's hair everywhere in the washroom. We asked for it. They offered a change of room, this room has unwashed bed linen. So they sent the boy to clean the washroom. This boy was fretting, irritated and mumbling. Now the room has water leakage right next to the bed from the window. We asked for a room upgrade as it is not our fault since the beginning. They said they can't, next they don't have, next they will convince another guest to leave their suite room so that we can occupy(who on earth will do this great sacrifice for us?). When we asked the same the manager said room is available he'll somehow manage. He offered us a sorry to give back 500 rupees. Sometimes money and sorry will not work wonders on people if you behave like this. That was the limit! How can they keep twisting their words?? How can we believe them after all this? We gave up our 4000 rupees as we booked using MMT. We could have taken the suite room, but then, being an avid traveller, going to different places almost every 3 months, I've never seen such pathetic hospitality. None of the rooms are clean. It's a waste of money, time and a bad experience to remember in Rajahmundry's Olive Suites. Sometimes the cover page is pretty, but the book is bad. Olive suites is just like that. After a long journey, we walked out so irritated and disappointed from this disgusting hotel. Good luck for those would like to book here further. If your luck works may be you'll book a better hotel. P.S. I couldn't add any pics because we were busy playing houses between the rooms juggling from one to another with our blood pressure spiking up.

Amazing property to get into. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The best thing about the hotel - they listen to your feedback and take action immediately. I was suitably impressed when their staff reached out after I made a minor improvement point. This shows why they are one of the very best in the business and classy. This was the wonderful place for staying families ❤️Just wonderful experience nd peaceful hotel and it was maintained with silence most classic one In rajamundry✨

I had a pleasant stay at olive suite in Rajahmundry. I booked a suite room, and it was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a nice seating area and a clean bathroom. The decor was modern and welcoming, giving it a premium feel.
