They cancel the rooms if we book through OYO, GoIbibo or any other apps,. They charge us extra 1000rs for the same room or cancel the room if we refuse to pay the extra amount.

If you want to stay just for a night and its little late and you not prefer to go inside the city, you can select this. No service at all. You have to carry languages your own. Also, they will force you to pay either cash or phone pay. Food was good. Room was horrible at the price of 2200 for a night. Deluxe room i have selected and room was dusty and bed was uncomfortable.

Found slipper on bed by entering itself. Room service boy's response is very harsh. They will not respond to customers at all. Vague replies and harsh answers. Water doesn't come and hot water is not all coming. Wifi not working, complementaries will not be provided unless we ask. Overall it doesn't have features of a minimum lodge but they charge Rs.2500/-. Pls don't waste ur money. Worst experience ever for me.

Had very bad experience. No water to wash after TWO, lift is break down. Picture is different from actual room. Be careful. Don't go.

Good service very comfortable, neat and clean. Staff is very very good and helpful, the rooms are spacious and luxurious 👍🏻👌🏻

It is 2 bed room apartment. Each bed room they have given it as a room for rent. A big Hall, kitchen and extra bath room were accessible to us. A fridge was also available. Over all the facility was good. I reduced 2 rating's because the worker was not very responsive. There was a power cut in the night, when we called the care taker he did not respond for atleast few calls. Also the hotel is little faraway from railway station

A very unpleasant experience , 1) No commitment from the hotel 2) unjust behaviour with the customer and poor customer service The issue : booked 3 rooms in advance with full payment and mentioned the check in will be 6am . Post reaching the hotel the customer was asked to wait 3 hours for checkin. We’ll if you don’t abide by your commitment why would you take payment in full. PS: I had to seek a personal apology for my guests for their act I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
