Bhimas Residency Hotel

Worst experience ever. Broken A/c, no locks on door, water doesn't really go down in the toilet so you are absolutely flooded after a 5 minute shower. Pay for a deluxe room with king size bed but you get twin beds in a standard room. No room boy to help with luggage. Absolutely outdated and super expensive for horrible no facilities rooms. The behavior of the hotel reception staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Toiletries are basically rupees sachet shampoo and a small hand soap, please bare in mind they claim to be 3 star and charge you for the 3 star amenities and this is not what you expect. The rooms have a rotting smell and no AC makes it impossible to spend the night. Paid 7.5k for 2 rooms for 1 night. There are plenty of other options in Tirupathi for much cheaper price. Please don't book this place and ruin your holiday.

First of all the room interior was too good. Food of the restaurant was too delicious. Check-In and Check-Out process was very fast. Location wise it was best. Auto and Cabs available ..

The hotel is old and the rooms are near but need refurbishment. It's at a good location and is.economical but it is not really great in terms of overall comfort or feel. Rooms.always have a slightly smoky smell and not all equipment in the rooms always works. My phone didn't work and some of the lights also didn't work.

Terrible Experience: Avoid This Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had an extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were smelly and poorly maintained, with broken door stoppers adding to the inconvenience. The behavior of the hotel reception staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I requested for the rooms to be cleaned before heading out for sightseeing, expecting the rooms to be cleaned by the time we returned after 8 hours. To my dismay, the rooms were still dirty when we came back. When I complained, the reception staff claimed their colleague misunderstood and assumed they should clean the rooms after our return. Upon escalating the issue, they changed their story, insisting I told them to clean the rooms after we returned. When I escalated further to management, they cited a policy that rooms are only cleaned when guests are present, yet they couldn’t provide any proof of this policy. The hotel itself is quite shady, and the food is atrocious. They charge ₹70 plus taxes for a single cup of tea, and no outside food is allowed, which is incredibly inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

We had a wonderful family dining experience at Bhimas residency veg restaurant in basement! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. We tried South Indian veg thali as well Roti, Kulcha and Methi paratha along with Panner butter masala - Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Mohan, the manager, who provided excellent service and ensured we had a great time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delightful vegetarian meal. We’ll definitely be back!

It was the most delicious Andhra food we have had in a long time. The Gongura was a hit with the whole group. Service was exemplary. Totally an awesome experience

Stayed their with family and small grandson. Overall it was nice. Staff very polite and cooperative. Nice food. Neat rooms. Extended checkout was bit costly. Charged halfrate for two hours. It should be exempted.

A manger doesn't know how to take an order from a Customer In this hotel the service is not better no hygienic I ordered Dal fry in that I got lots of stone and with that I ordered a jeera rice in that also I received stone, I don't know if I ordered food or stone I got confused, So please maintain hygiene and good quality food, Customer service is good Food is not good, there is no valuable test in that, So Kindly maintain proper food because everyone will pay while paying he needs better/good type of food, Kindly maintain everything in a proper way.
