Collection O Hotel Srinivasa Residency

Went there as part of the tirupati package from Bengaluru. As part of the package they provide rooms to us(just for fresh up). The rooms were not clean though and also the bathroom lack basic soaps and towels. The room looks are in dire state and require special attention just to open. Would not recommend and advice to get a better place to stay.

One of the worst behaviours by staff, Done online booking but denied to provide rooms due to price issues. We went with family members about 11pm in the night but got worst experience and arrogant manager whom we ever seen in the hotel industry.. Very bad experience...

Worst experience in the hotel. Full of noises due to which people can't sleep throughout the night by making announcements in the mike and when asked to stop the noise then they were giving reasons that it is just a fresh up hotel and not for sleeping . And also switching off the mains of the air conditioner whenever they want

One of the worst experiences so far None of the facilities mentioned on the website were there at the residence No Ac, no tv, no cleanliness of the washrooms, no breakfast... Worst service from both oyo customer care and the hotel manager. They were not able to communicate properly too The rooms does not matches to what is shown in pictures Highly unrecommended

The Worst Hotel in the Town. This is one of the worst hotels in tirupati, i suggest not to choose this hotel at all...... 1st of all they provide rooms for pilgrims with a package (just for fresh up) pilgrims will use the rooms and hotel stall will not clean it and directly provide the same rooms to us........ I visited tirupati on some personal work for 4days, but I have reserved the hotel for 6days as I will arrive in the morning and will check out at night (as the hotel will be on 12 to 11 basis). I reached the hotel at 5 in the morning, But they haven't provided me any room and made me wait till 7:30 as they have provided rooms to pilgrims, where multiple buses will be coming continuously they will freshen up for 30mins and leave, like multiple people in multiple buses. I sat on the sofa near the reception and nobody carried even though I tried to communicate multiple times. At last after waiting for 2hrs+ I went to them and spoke, then they refused to give me a room and said to cancel the booking. I made this booking on the OYO app, when I called OYO, they also said to pay an extra 1200 per day and refused to provide any refund or Cancellation on the booking and hung up the calls....... the recipients are behaving like rowdies. No AC working, no TV in the room, no hot water, they collected 2000 per day.

It was worst experience till now, none of the hotel in world would be like this.The receptionist is uncultured and show rowdism to customers . He misguide the customer and then say it's customer fault and snacth money in name of it.The hotel frauds every customer who visit there hotel.There no facilities as mentioned in overview and cleanliness was worst ,the room smelled like a gutur.They are scammers in God land tirupathi.So to have better experience so not visit the hotel.

We only went to freshen up for our tirupati darshan. The rooms are okay ish not very clean good to have a quick bath. The staff insists for tip even for an hour check in. Staff won't help with your luggage either.

The room is meant for freshening up and allotted hourly basis to those visiting temple. A non working new AC is present maybe to list the property over Oyo and looks like never used
