Hotel Regalia Tirupati

We used to visit this hotel many times in year and being a regular customer, it was overall a worst experience staying here. Room services was highly worst, AC was not working, there was no telephone in room 307, housekeeping was not ready to pick up your calls to resolve the issues timely… We stuck in room 307 for around 2 hours and then got an another room after argument with floor manager. There were cockroaches in the room which doesn’t represent good housekeeping in room.

Regalia is a great property to stay at clean rooms and very hospitable staff, booked rooms here to accommodate my wedding guests. Food in the restaurant also is very good. Overall a nice experience to stay in Regalia, I totally recommend this place.

I was there when the hotel was newly opened at 2018 and now 2024 I have visited there. The rooms are looks little old. But I like the room. They served breakfast buffet. They provide Innova Cab for the darshan Tirupati for 6hrs package cost 4k. The driver was nice person.

Stayed with fly on 19th jan.booking process was smooth tnx Ms renu.Was stranded for 3hrs n called thebhotel for food at 1045pm they politely obliged n took order on phone delivered hot meals at 11 pm when I reached.excellent example of customer centric approach Tnx to chef,Mr ravi,Mr Arun and all staff.foid was tasty.keep it up team.

I tried Chiken biryani at Regalia Restaurant, it was absolutely delightful. The flavors were rich, and the perfect balance of heat made every bite a joy. I went with a friend, and we both enjoyed it so much that I am decided to bring my family next time. The bowl was empty, but the satisfaction lingered.

Receptionist behaviour was very rude, not listening our side and asking extra money at time of check out for early check in, and at the time of booking we cleared that we will check in early. She is very bad talking with us like we are their labour. Bad experience. Rooms are also not as expected.

Worst experience. No proper customer service. Rooms are old and not worth for the tariff. Bathrooms everywhere rust. If staying with kids be careful as the rust may be harmful and cut too… Mirrors not clean. Even after asked to change the room still same issues in other rooms. Had only breakfast and it was good and that’s the only positive. For this tariff better search for another hotel. Don’t waste your money. Never never go again and pl beware. It’s not all worth it. Check my pics before risking to stay here!!!
