FabExpress ARNN Guest house - 100% Safe Place to Stay

Firstly The Rooms are worst.. Not kept clean. Then bedsheets were too old not cleaned, and Also washrooms are not clean, no toilet seat. And Morning No hot water facility here when asked they told after 1 hour it will come... But never Hot water came.. Don't never ever book this hotel. ❗ Worst Service and Worst Thing ever Experienced..

Good and spacious rooms. I got it for rs 1100 via FabStay with discounts per night. However if you want late check-out it's available with some extra charge. Complimentary breakfast quality was south Indian. Since I am from South part it's fine. Maybe difficult for others. Quality of food was good. Overall a decent stay.

Recently I was stayed in this hotel. My observations in this regard is the cleaning of the rooms and hotel area was excellent, meantime the service of the staff also very nice. I didn't expert this type of services in this cost range. I strongly recommend to everyone stay here with safe and degnity with in the budget.

Very nice place to be. The staff has assisted me in every possible manner and ensured that the stay was nice and comfy. Rooms are more spacious than any other hotel near by

Except the location rest no points. Hot water after 6 am. AC has very bad noise.. no sleep. Toiletries and drinking water not found in room only after request. A very bad experience through fab hotels. No Value for money.

Room looks OK, we took 3 rooms through Fab Hotels, hot water was not available on all rooms, don't have geycer for individual rooms, On one room AC was tripping always, while asking the room attendant next day morning, he said another guest has already informed the same issue so they have provided them the very next room to us on the same day itself, but don't know why they have provided us that room having known issues. Also there was no water in the same room. Response from the staffs was worst, Unable to provide water in that bathroom. While asking they are saying they can give another room having water and individual geycer. Don't know why they haven't provided initially. Ate our valuable time, unskilled persons. Not worthy for the amount paid. Wasted money and time.

Last night i checked in the hotel i am surprised to get such quality rooms for that low price ,Room is very clean hotel staff are very polite Near to bustand And i had a pleasant stay in the hotel thanks for your service ..

Rooms are too good and confirmable for Families as well bachelor's. Receptionist very kind and happy to stayed at ARNN guest house.
