Very bad room with very arrogant manager and receptionist. We came from maharashtra and they treated us like hell. They dont communicate in hindi or english even if they know and shout at us without respecting its customers. They also lied to us about room and didn't managed our stay well. ( although we gave advance money) They didn't provide extra matterss nor they provide good facilites. The corridor man is very rude and said to us: this is our land talk in telgu or tamil. No hindi or english. Whereas he was talking in hindi with other new coustemers. Never visit this place!!!!!!

Rooms are for good stay for single and night stay. Cleanliness is good maintenance is OK. Staff are cooperative and room service is good. You can choose this hotel for solo stay. From here easily you can reach all other important places in Tirupati.

Rooms are very small, bathrooms taps all old, hot water is available, nt maintained, bed, pillows ok ok, 1000 rs for AC room, only for low budget people. Cigratte odour in the room allocated to me, no room freshner available
