Hotel Lorven Tirupati

We had really bad experience with this hotel. They think of themselves as a very high end hotels. The rooms are okay but the bathrooms are really dirty. They shower heads have corroded and the taps do not work properly. The sink had a disgusting smell that made me puke. The rooms had cockroaches and given the price the services very really bad. The owner of the hotel was pretty arrogant and adamant when questioned. During the hot summers in Tirupati the AC wouldn’t work. We called the reception 4 times and went to the reception to inform ab this. Nothing was done and we were made to sleep in the hot weather with no AC

There were bugs in my hotel room. There were cockroaches. The pictures that they put up to show us the room is nothing compared to the room. The bed sheets are stained and look very used. The washrooms have no proper taps. The location of the hotel is not great as well

We booked an AC room and the AC wasn’t working and when informed the reception they said they would send someone over in 15 mins but no action was taken. When asked about it the next day the staff bluntly said that “it’s not my problem”. When we called the owner she was very adamant

AC's not working in 2 rooms we took, washrooms not well maintained, beddings and towels were also not that clean. Same situation in many hotels here, go for premium hotels only even for basics

I had very bad experience with this hotel stay. Air condition was not working in hot summer, staff have not attended and made any attempt to repair, bath rooms were stinking. There was no responsible attitude by Hari Sree staff.

My Honest review as: Good: Can say location wise little convenience but you'll have to struggle for breakfast lunch and dinner. Bad: Bed was unhygienic, smelly blanket, dirty pillow and bedsheet. late room service, receptionist were money minded and was not even ready to adjust 1 hr delay checkout. they'll start charging per hour basic incase of delay. No kitchen and restro inside hotel and due to that if you are tired post Darshan, you can't get food inside your room, you'll have to go to some nearby places to have something which will be little far from hotel. Rooms were smelling and many mosquitoes are there although after complaining they changed the room but still bedsheet and pillows were dirty and smelling bad. As per their price the rooms and services are not upto the mark. Seems like most of the reviews were paid or fake. We went there after seeing reviews but it was worthless.
