The reception of us quite warm and comfortable. I had requested for an upgraded room and it has been done. I have been to here couple of times and continue to feel consistent hospitality. Food quality and buffet varieties are good though some frequent change in the varieties should help. Peak time management of buffet breakfast can be improved upon in terms of tables setting quickly and service. Not having a perfect filter coffee in a South Indian restaurant is a bit disappointing (availability as I noticed is a machine powder coffee). In total, great experience and all staff are very courteous and painstaking. ||Special mention to reception-Miss Gayatri for seamless service quality

Pintu could get better, without knowing the customer he got a bit confused about how to behave while taking the order. I think it's not a big deal, but worth considering so he can correct himself. I liked the dessert, seems like the sugar served here is of a better quality than most of the fast food chains I have experienced.

The staff is very friendly and Mr.Pintu really did a good service for us. Excellent food as well. Very nice environment. Nice veg and non veg food. Enjoyed well with my family. Fresh food and very tasty. Very welcoming restaurant. Will definitely come back

Great Location, Well maintained facility and appealing service but food is average. Taste and quality of food can be much better. Rooms were clean, Pool was clean , Spa was excellent. Over all satisfactory stay except Food. Location has access to multiple food joints.

We are staying for 2 nights. The location is nice but the cleanliness of the room is far from what you'd expect from an ITC brand (as has been stated by many guests). There are ugly stains in the WC, the wash basin, on the floor, and even inside the coffee mugs (which I had to remove before use!). The LED strip around the bathroom mirror is not properly fitted. I have attached these images taken just a few minutes ago. We're yet to use the restaurant services but are really disappointed by an 'upgraded' room. I booked this hotel with a lot of expectations but find multiple issues with cleanliness and maintenance. I expect more than a general reply from the management, and appropriate action. Added in afternoon: I left notes in the room to fill the empty body wash container in the shower, and leave a few extra teabags and milk packs, not done. Used towels were taken away but clean towels were not provided! I had to remove one star from the service...

This being an ITC property is located in a good location with great views from my 4th floor room. Plenty of food options in the neighborhood. The room is very spacious and good amenities. From sofa, computer desk, security locker, slippers to weighing machine. Multiple bottles of drinking water etc Everything works as expected. The room price is very reasonable. The in-room food is too expensive for a small town location. Plenty of parking space. It will nice if there are some small facilities like car wash (by some service staff for extra money) as it will help travellers. Overall great hotel.

The food and the service were top notch. We went for the dinner buffet and the vsrieties of food were endless. Pintu was especilly helpful and offered us amazing service at the zodiac restaurant. The rooms were also of great and the beds were really comfortable and fluffy

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and much of that was thanks to Mr. Basker at the front office. From the moment I checked in, he was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable really stood out.
