Fortune Select Grand Ridge, Tirupati - Member ITC Hotels’ Group

We stayed one night during our Dec visit to Tirumala. Very happy with the service. The staff are exceptionally good. My daughter forgot her new jacket in room before checking out. The staff quickly notified us about that. I think they do a check on rooms as soon as we leave. Very nice of them to immediately inform Us before leaving the hotel.

The reception of us quite warm and comfortable. I had requested for an upgraded room and it has been done. I have been to here couple of times and continue to feel consistent hospitality. Food quality and buffet varieties are good though some frequent change in the varieties should help. Peak time management of buffet breakfast can be improved upon in terms of tables setting quickly and service. Not having a perfect filter coffee in a South Indian restaurant is a bit disappointing (availability as I noticed is a machine powder coffee). In total, great experience and all staff are very courteous and painstaking. ||Special mention to reception-Miss Gayatri for seamless service quality

This property is not 5 star specially if it’s itc group.when we entered in the property it’s loos like rai way station every where suitcases and people and lots of people like lying on sofa. We went to receptionist and she send us to other counter in the corner.Shower is probably better in 3star took half and hour to have a shower with warm water not even hot and it’s in the afternoon I don’t know what will happen when in the morning everyone will have shower water like dripping in the shower.not enough space near toilet and it is not 5 star standard.it’s nice they give 4 medium sized bottles of water and toiletries.Big room but no view just roof with few things lying around.Bedroom got Tv but you can’t watch anything,if you want to watch anything you have to pay just can not believe that this hotel is 5star and ITC group.

Pintu could get better, without knowing the customer he got a bit confused about how to behave while taking the order. I think it's not a big deal, but worth considering so he can correct himself. I liked the dessert, seems like the sugar served here is of a better quality than most of the fast food chains I have experienced.

I stayed at the property and had enjoyed the food and swimming pool. The hotel looks very nice and silent from the main road noise. The Engineering who attended my Tv complaint was so helpful and made us much better. I must not forget to appreciate the valet parking drivers are so courteous. All together great place to stay with.

The staff is very friendly and Mr.Pintu really did a good service for us. Excellent food as well. Very nice environment. Nice veg and non veg food. Enjoyed well with my family. Fresh food and very tasty. Very welcoming restaurant. Will definitely come back

This being an ITC property is located in a good location with great views from my 4th floor room. Plenty of food options in the neighborhood. The room is very spacious and good amenities. From sofa, computer desk, security locker, slippers to weighing machine. Multiple bottles of drinking water etc Everything works as expected. The room price is very reasonable. The in-room food is too expensive for a small town location. Plenty of parking space. It will nice if there are some small facilities like car wash (by some service staff for extra money) as it will help travellers. Overall great hotel.

One of the best Hospitality experience at Fortune tirupati. Extremely courteous staff right from the Doorman to the Chef. Elegantly crafted rooms and decor. The room service was very fast And especially thanks MR PYNE . Had an amazing stay here. Kudos to the whole team for such top notch service. I hope its maintained over time. 5 stars all the way!!
