Taste is fine but very slow for everything even for taking bill making 10 to 15mins need to improve your delivery timing Mostly many items available in the menu card is not available. Editing review after 15 from first post also reducing one star due to lack to card acceptance we ate for 2422rs but we need to pay with cash Due to lightening cast swipe machine not working said by manager

Overall experience was good. Stayed over here by booking through Oyo. There was some confusion. Was disappointed a bit and wanted to cancel booking. But the owner is the hotel adjusted with the situation. The staff was cooperative and helpful. I think the name has changed to hotel Gayathri Grand.

Hopless, horrible experience ever. Checked in at 1:45 am. Horrible tea (3 tiny steel tumblers) served after long wait. TV settop box had no connection . Altogether really pathetic 8 hours spent. Paid 1K and checked out. By God's grace, we got in at a far better place,

After foot hills of Thirumala we had to search a lot for pure veg restaurant. Finally we located Hotel Annamaiya (sai sravanthi grand) Truly according to name prices were grand, taste was moderate. Meals there is no option plate or limited meals for kids. You have go for full meals. Rice is half cooked so you will not be able to consume more.

Worst experience of my life .. none of the hotel rooms are properly equipped.. took a family suite with AC and nothing works properly in the rooms.. either the AC doesn't work or the bathroom water doesn't drain.. waste of money and time spent for this.. currently staying in the hotel and looking forward to move soon ..

Except morning breakfast all are not as expected. Faced bad experience. Ac present but not working. Phone present and it was dead. Guiser (Electric water heater) present but not working. Charged 1500 per day for standard double room.

I did not stay in this hotel but had breakfast. Had Pongal, idly, dosa and coffee. Taste was awesome. Ambience and hygiene is ok. Price is little higher for the ambience but taste is justified.

After our Temple darshan, we were hungry and choose this place for food. Bad decision. Except 1 or 2 items like nan and roti, all the other items we ordered were not good. Service was not good.
