The hotel staff take upfront tips like If you give 200 and cost of food is 140 they don't give you 60 rupees ,they consider it as tip. Hotel management also doesn't have any control. Reception people take customers mobile during checkout and they give 5 star rating instead of customer. Very ridiculous. Power goes off every 1 hr and they don't switch on generator also..I don't suggest this hotel at all to my guests or friends.

I have booked a stay in this hotel for my father in Tirupathi. We booked it through OYO rooms. According to my father the room was not clean, wash room was not clean. There were mosquitoes all over the room. Breakfast was good. So overall experience was below average, won’t recommend to anybody. It was 3 days stay so it become more horrible to stay in the same circumstances.

Tv connection was very fast. Internet was too. Food was great , I ordered gobi 65 it was fantastic . The staff was also nice. It was like they treated us like family. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. I would recommend for friends and family.

First time i got a bad behavior from the staff ( manger in-charge). You can see white colored mosquito inside every room, very rare to find this type of mosquito, it will be found only near to waste garbage. Full of dust in front of the hotel, no parking facility for vehicles.

Not worth the money they charge and the AC doesn't work in any rooms had to change 5 rooms overnight to find a room with working AC. No breakfast was provided or informed as well .. the water in the bathrooms doesn't drain in one of the rooms.. couldn't get rest after a stressful day in tirupathi ..

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. Service is worse. I would NEVER recommend this hotel for a stay. I was wondering how OYO tied up with these guys. A receptionist who did my room's check out asked for my cell phone so that he could rate 5 on my OYO app. On the other hand, I found that OYO's rates were a little higher than hotel's own rates.

Clean rooms, proximity to marriage halls, very helpful staff, easy check-in and support to check out. 24X7 support from staff, multiple options for payment helped. Parking spaces are congested and can be improved upon., Good hotels nearby also helped,

Please don't book in Gayathri Grand Tirupathi. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and a kid, for visiting Tirumala temple. I made my booking 2 days prior to my travel. After reaching the hotel those people did not allow us to stay there saying the room which I have booked is only for single person. That too the booking was non refundable. The response and behavior was too rude. Then I booked room in another hotel and moved there. This incident had spoiled my day. If you are planning to book any hotel in Tirupathi, my advice is to avoid this one.
