Hotel MVR Grand

Staff has very disrespectable behaviour. Even the rooms are good no staff respects you. As and when you are on main road their representatives will approach you and without intimation brags your bags and says hotel is near. You need to walk nearly half km for that. They did not even respond even if I ask the prices. After going to that hotel in that small street they are charging a 3 star hotel prices with a disrespectful behaviour. Waste of attending this hotel as per my opinion. Many humble hotels were there nearby.

I had an excellent stay at MVR Grand! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Overall, MVR Grand exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again!

Rooms are clean but surely overpriced and unmaintained. Also, the customer service is really bad. The staff is very unfriendly, rude, and money minded. Try exploring other nearby options at a cheaper price and better services.

Very bad service nd no co operative staff not the location is good . The hotel staff are very rash nor polite . No towel was given during check in nd no cleniness .Very bad decision to take this hotel . .

Biggest fraud hotel, never opt this hotel. They lie a lot. They charge you AC room cost and AC won't work out at all. Never opt this hotel. Rude management too. Be cautious. Even room doesn't have proper locking mechanism. Avoid it to be safer.

Please dont book if you have other options. I booked 4 rooms for 3 days . And it was highly disappointing after paying a huge amount . Rooms not worth 2k. Pros: 1. Has good parking space but wont get water to clean your car. 2. Some rooms are spacious. 3. AC are in working condition. Cons: 1. It’s located in an impossibly congested road. Car got scratched reaching there. 2. The hotel manager will not listen or look at you after payment is done. 3. Very basic amenity like water is not served for 4 hours and numerous calls to reception. 4. Wifi is very limited . 5. The hotel staff made me run multiple rounds just for a bucket of water which i asked them , so that i can splash it on my car before checkout . This is very basic in every hotel which this hotel manager did not listen. 6. The hotel staff pretend to not know hindi when we ask for some service . But always ask for money in hindi . They speak fluent hindi when it comes to getting some money .

Big Scammers!! Be Aware!! Absolutely disappointed with my stay at MVR Hotel. The manager's unreasonable demand to vacate the rooms by 4 AM (That too after we had confirmation at the time of booking to vacate the rooms by 7AM), an hour earlier than the standard checkout time, was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, he actually requested additional payment of Rs. 4500/- for this early checkout! This is a clear case of overcharging and Scammers. I would not recommend it to anyone. They are greedy and just wanted the money anyhow.

Disappointing stay. Manager asked not to book rooms online via MMT or Goibibo. The hotel failed to honor the agreed-upon checkout time, causing significant inconvenience to me and my family members. This lack of commitment to their word is unacceptable. Will never suggest anyone to stay here.
