NillVery poor facilities, the flesh closet is broken, a/c is not working, the doors are broken, most of the plug points are not working, overall it is not a hotel room, but a public stay like.

NillRoom is nice …. But the staff is very irresponsible … Lift not working I have called 30 times the staff was not responding… when we sleep they will turn off AC Very cheap …

NillWorst hotel experience ever !! Booked Ac deluxe room using OYO , manager denied the booking saying OYO pays them less and he can not allow us for that price. OYO executives were so pathetic/dumb that they could not convince him even after a valid book . Would suggest not to book this property as the manager do not have any manners to deal with customers. Instead of dealing with OYO he directly denied entry to us. Best thing is we were able to strike Amazing deal in the near by hotel at the same price and premium service .

NillThe hotel was very expensive during peak days. There was black marketing of room booking happening. The rooms were pretty small, not well ventilated, the A/C were fine. No breakfast or any complimentary services offered. Staff was also rude and were not giving quick responses. Note: Make sure you keep the room keys with you at all times after booking, once submitted the room will be allotted to other customer without your concern even if your booking period is still left. I didn't like it.

NillPlease do not book this hotel for any reasons. Below are the issues I faced, 1. No proper room service. 2. Rest room was full of Moth flies. 3. Daily room service was not done properly. 4. Even after continuous reminders, they did not do room service, very careless. 5. Parking is good only for 3 cars. Else you have to park in the road side. 6. Rooms are not like shown in pictures. 7. Whatever money you pay, online, you will be given a room which is the lowest rated and the receptionist will prove this is the room that you've booked for and have no other rooms available. They will force to take the room what they give. There are different hotels nearby, try them. But please don't book this. Hospitality = Nothing. Cleanliness = Zero Room Quality = Zero PLEASE DON'T Book this Hotel. (Either by OYO or by direct or onilne) Regards, SSK

NillStaff is very friendly. It is situated in a place where there are few hotels, so searching for food wouldn't be a issue. Location is good, bus stop is at walkable distance and we get auto's. But the problem here is it is overpriced for the quality served. Rooms are congested and not clean. Bedsheets were dirty, hair on the floor, jet spray in bathroom was broken. That's why 2 stars

NillMy worst experience so far with OYO. I don’t understand the rating (4.5) mentioned for this property in app. I booked a deluxe room and offered one in 4th floor. But the lock was damaged. After complaint they offered two rooms but to my horror all rooms had a same problem. With out an option I chose a one where I can lock from inside. Then following made my experience a worst one. Damaged switches and charging point. Moreover both are behind the cot. If you want to use you have to move the cot. Unable to close bathroom door. Again no lock. In the app geyser mentioned but only solar based water heater provides hot water only in the morning. Wifi not working after 10 minutes. Finally we had a decent sleep. Most disappointment of all was the breakfast. Morning we had a train at 10 and came down at 8.30 to have. Then we were informed that they don’t have a in-house buffet/meal. If we ask they will go to a nearest restaurant and deliver it in our room. No where it is mentioned either in app or during check in. I asked the refund and they did. Except the polite reception, I don’t find anything up to mark of oyo rooms. I don’t recommend it.

NillExpected good stay with respect to the reviews from Oyo. But it was just okay.. The room was bit dusty and the blankets were also not well kept. And the hot water supply was not continuous. Could be maintained better.
