If there was an option for 0 stars I would use that Terrible smelling rooms Dirty bedsheets and covers Bathroom looked like it was never cleaned Overall the place came off as very unhygienic and dirty with little to no cooperation from the hotel staff

Located on the main road. Has a good cellar parking. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. However bedrolls are faded, over used. Rooms are not provided with a separate geyser. Hot water supplied through an overhead hot water plant. In the morning hours you will not be getting a single drop of hot water. Washrooms are not provided with an exhaust fan. TV works effectively with the Tata sky facility. Service is very good and quick. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. We have to insist on cleaning. Frequently AC will be switched off from the reception.we have to request reception for AC. Cutlery has not been provided to the guests. A soap will be provided on request. Clean towels are provided. A lift facility is available.

Good and cozy rooms. All amenities are at place. Good hotel for family and friends. One suggestion: should start their own restaurant so that guets will have no problem with Food services.... Rest all services are good.

Thers no room service....no complimentary breakfast...prefer always 1st floor because it's easy to climb 😉 The lift will not work properly . you will be stuck in it ...

Except location nothing is good at this hotel, worst maintenance. Rooms were dirty, bed bugs in rooms, not at all clean, when I enter the room smoking smell in the rooms and bathroom. Not at all recommended for families. Not at all worth for the money. When I asked for cancellation, they clearly denied and I had to checkout within 2 hrs of checkin and lost 5 k.
