I had a good overall experience during my stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The service provided by the staff was prompt and courteous, which added to the positive experience. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The mattress was quite thick and wide, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. I also noticed 1-2 cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, basic amenities like handwash were not provided, which should ideally be a standard offering. Despite these minor issues, I would still say the hotel provided a decent stay for the price. A few improvements in hygiene and amenities would make the experience much better.
