FabHotel Aditya Yatri Nivas - Hotel in Ramanuja Circle, Tirupati

Very bad rooms and facilities. Reception not at all pleasant. Informed we will arrive late night but on arrival the main gate was locked all lights are off. Reserved for three got.a bed on the floor. Bath towel are too bad. Never again in Fab chain nor I will recommend. Sorry. On 10 I would give 1

Had booked 4 rooms including a suite room. It's not a hotel, its kind of service appartment without kitchen and dining space. They allot rooms in the apartment. Intercoms don't work. The staff sleeps in the night, so don't expect much. Some of my relatives checked in early morning and nobody was there to help with the luggage. Room was okay. Not completely clean though. Too costly. Not value for money so moved out after a day's stay.

WORST! Bed and furnishings are old and poorly maintained. Restroom had cockroaches and taps/flush were not functioning. Do not expect cleanliness here. Although I booked 2 deluxe double rooms for 4 of them, they wanted to charge extra by quoting that only one person per room is allowed. However, I did not give heed to their dumb logic. Online Booking websites have good reviews which is misleading.

Worst Hotel Don't Book this Hotel. Only lne hotel of Fab hotels in Torupati. Booked 3 rooms but Service guy told only one Room is available. Manager also asks us to call customer care and after 2-3 calls cell phone switched off ZERO RATING. DON'T EVER BOOK THE HOTEL THROUGH FAB HOTELS - Ajay and their Service. Booked Hotel

Service: We are very happy will the services . it's very worthy for this price, very excellent breakfast. Location: my priority is location, this is in heart of the tirupati. Many restaurants are close by and can go by walk,, tirumala buses also stops close to hotel, local temples are close by. Staff are very helpful and friendly, Over all my experience is very good, excellent place for pilgrims for this price.

Pathetic room and quality of washroom is so bad . Flush not working . We booked for 2 days but checked within half a day . Booking Id - AONNTS . We asked the hotel reception to pay for only 1 day though we stayed only for few hours , they denied and said you have to pay for complete 2 days as per your booking . This is complete cheating . Pls refund 1 day amount . I will write mail with pics and account number to refund amount .

WORST HOTEL EVER STAYED Booked this hotel for our transit. Just wanted a room to spend a night during transiting from vizag to Bangalore so booked this hotel. Considering it would be a decent hotel. The rooms and hall was smelly. Washroom looked like as if they have never cleaned. Dust was sticking around. Became very difficult to spend just 6-7hrs for resting.
