I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The facilities were poorly maintained, the staff was unprofessional and uncooperative, and the food quality was substandard and unhygienic. For a hotel rated 3 stars (It is 1-star hotel in my opinion), the experience was far below expectations. Basic amenities were either non-functional or lacking, staff behavior was dismissive, and the food service was unacceptable. This stay was not worth the money or the trust placed in your brand. I urge you to take immediate steps to improve your services.

I stayed here for a night. The room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. But the rooms are so small. I felt it would be so congested if I travelled with my family.

I stayed in a room where the fan started making a noise like a wet grinder in the middle of the night, making it difficult for me to sleep. In the morning, all the taps—including the shower, wash basin, and toilet—supplied only steaming hot water, which was unusable. There was no normal (cold) water supply in the room, which delayed the start of my day and, in turn, delayed my temple darshan. Overall was not a happy stay.

We stayed with family in this hotel two times when we visited tirupati. Hotel is clean and hygienic, best for families. Hot water is available, sheets were clean and they provided water bottle and a pair of towels. They respond immediately if we have any issues during the stay. Complimentary breakfast is also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The price we paid for 1 A.C room per night is Rs. 1600 which is worth. My rating for this hotel is 5/5 👍

it's good hotel located between houses. somehow walkable distance from main road. complimentary breakfast is just for name sake. idly dish is unlimited but vada dish is only 1 peice per person. if I don't want to eat idly, I can only take one vada. hot water facility and lift facility available. Air conditioner working. Rooms were good and reception staff were polite. Hotel manger was good at receiving guests even in early hours.

My recent experience at SLS Grand was disappointing. During my stay of a few days, there were no housekeeping services provided, even after multiple requests. The hotel lacked basic amenities such as bottled water in case of emergencies at night. Although breakfast was included, it was monotonous with no variety, 4 day's only idli they served and the staff's behavior during service was impolite. While the hotel's location is convenient, there is a clear need for improved service standards. The staff should be trained to communicate effectively in basic Hindi or English and adopt a more courteous approach to guest interactions.

We have been here in SLS Grand recently in first week of March for 4-5 days. The staff demonstrated poor communication skills, speaking only the local language, with minimal effort to provide essential services such as room maintenance or room service. The air conditioning and television were non-functional during initial days of stay. While breakfast was included, it lacked variety and was poorly served, reflecting inadequate hospitality standards. Although the rooms and bathrooms were clean, there was no regular cleaning or replenishment of bathroom essentials. Additionally, staff showed little willingness to address guest requests or concerns. To improve, the staff should receive training in basic English or Hindi for better communication, and adopt a more customer-focused and polite approach to service.
