Hotel O Srinivasa Residency

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff displayed extremely disgusting behavior. Despite making a full payment, they demanded an additional amount and rudely denied any requests we made. The bathroom was filthy, there was no hot water, and during the initial hours, they turned off the AC. Some lights were not working, and they rudely refused to fix them. Please do not consider this property for your stay—they will exploit you.

Very worst experience on this. Faced below issues -Rooms are not clean -In bathroom water leakages, bad smell, leakage on western toilet, no geaser, worst bucket and bug,wash basin pipe connection removed - gaps on windows in room through that many mosquitoes are entering. - Raised voice with them but still no response -Cigarette smell on the room. -TV is available(show case) but there is no connection to the dish and wifi. - Maintenance is not good Don't visit this next time. If you visit you'll feel more regret.

Worst maintenance no proper cleanliness rooms and bathroom was not cleaned properly and while booking they have informed one amount while check in they are asking for more money and while checking out room boy is force fully asking money for room cleaning worst feeling..

Worst of worst experience.. no cleanliness.. full of cigarette smoke in the corridors.. cockroaches in the rooms..asking extra money if we paid through Oyo app. Not good one for pilgrims.

Third class service very disappointing I checked price at oyo app it shows mi 2300 for 2 rooms the receptionist told not to pay on app n will offer at better price at the spot he ask for 1500 per room 300 extra for mattress very bad experience aslo ask for early check out

Rooms are not well maintained, beds are very bad, lot of bad smell, cigarette smell etc. very bad experience. Hotel tried to get extra charge saying GST extra but when cross questioned he asked me to pay what's quoted in Oyo booking. Very bad experience.

Worst experience.No Ac and tv available. Only a single bed ,fan and Cockroaches are available. I highly recommend not to book a room in this hotel.
