Worst experience I have experienced in these hotel. Problem are as follows 1. In our room I have booked Ground Floor 102 in room bathroom lock is broken it can not locked from inside anyone can open from our side. No privacy in bathroom not recommended for family as well as other's 2. Hospitality is worst. 3. There is no wifi facility, initially they told us there is wifi but initially not provided after that. 4. Staff is not supporting In our case I have asked for extra bed in afternoon for temporary rest but they are not listening after asking to many times finally they are providing bed at the night. 5. Price is too expensive. 6. I am giving 1 star rating because it is mandatory to give otherwise I should give negative rating to this hotel.

Worest place don't spend money on this hotel they don't give proper response and if you ask something they say we well send to you are room but they don't send

They are not providing a separate key for the customers..they are using 1 master key for all the rooms..so that our valuable things won't be safe..i also lost my thing but no response from them . Lost of money. Please be aware..

Ok room but very bad service, no proper treatment, no ac remote was given even after asking for it, only looks good on out side, Not worth staying

Door access card not working, everytime I went out, every time I had to call receptionist. Even water was not provided by hotel. Receptionist said I can buy the same from shop outside. Frequent power issue. AC is getting turned off frequently. Last night power was not there completely, Had sleep issue. Then at morning I left as it was terrible experience. After all these they are asking for tip, where I had to come down from 4th floor to Ground with heavy luggage, as phone donot work there & lift was also not working as power was not there.
