Pros: 🔰A very Decent room with basic amenities in neat condition. 🔰Elevator facility available. But have to climbup 10-15(approx) steps 🔰Located at Papavinasanam road in Tirumala which is very calm and cool. 🔰 As it's located 1.5- 2 kms away from Temple zone can be booked even in peak season Cons: 🔰 No food zones available nearby. Need to travel 1.5 kms minimum. 🔰 So it can be suitable only for persons who come by their vehicles 🔰 During very crowded day ttd police blocks the road so finding cabs from Temple to this stay can be complicated. (Jeep drivers mostly aware of it. Still it depends ) 🔰 Very costly IMHO. 2800 rs for non ac (although not needed) room is too much. 🔰 There were no food stalls restaurants or anything like that even 3 other mutts also there. But still no restaurant. They should offer food delivery service. Or atleast they could have offered us a 2Wheeler. All in vein when I asked for that. NOTE 📝 : 🔰 We were there at Peak weekend holidays time 🔰 Renovation work for the same here is on progress

Rooms are clean and good only the ambiance seems that stopped the construction half of the way. It was inaugurated in 2009 but still not yet completed. Car park available opp to the Preetam Lift starts from first floor for all floors. Will be difficult for senior people and aged ones. Suggest to avoid for them. No near by tea shops you need to travel 1 km for anything and temples 2 kms.

Stayed here for a day. We had taken a 3-person, AC accommodation. It was pretty clean and well maintained. The disadvantage of this place, according to me, is that it's pretty far from the temple's surroundings.

*Fraud* Taken money from me for room and darshan booking but he haven't booked room and not even refunded. Filed a complaint against them in cyber cell. After forwarding the complaint copy too, he texted good. Thief

Rooms are good and large. Maintenance is good. But only thing is that nothing is available in that location. No shops or hotel available nearby. Too far from temple. It's good, if you have a own vehicle. Near to dam
