This is a new cottage. AC Rooms are very very spacious, spic span. The TVs were disconnected. Unexpected - we were allotted rooms in the cellar, no lift, had to walk down steps, older people are having difficulty walking up and down the steep stairs. Though the location is right behind the Temple complex, Sadly the speciality of Tirumala, it's spiritual ambience is missing. No chants , no announcements no songs nothing audible here. Behind the cottage in a distance is the Temple and in front is the forest. Stay here is like a getaway from civilization.

Nice Guesthouse and very nicely Maintained,We took the room for 1 day for Darshanam and it was good.just it is a bit far from temple and shopping streets.if you come by your own vehicle it’s the best place for the temple stay.

An upscale & expensivestay place at Tirumala, located a bit far from main temple and visit places.. Also . Only convenient for visitors with private vehicles.
